Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using YouSee360's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

YouSee360 provides professional 360° photography, videography, virtual tour creation, and related immersive media services for businesses in Costa Rica. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • 360° photography and virtual tour production
  • Drone 360° aerial photography
  • Google Street View integration
  • Interactive virtual tour development
  • Video production and editing

3. Project Process

Upon agreement to proceed with a project:

  • A 50% deposit is required to schedule your shoot
  • Remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files
  • Projects are typically completed within 5-10 business days
  • Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide access to the property/location during scheduled shoots
  • Ensure the property is prepared and presentable for photography
  • Obtain necessary permissions for properties they do not own
  • Provide accurate project requirements and information

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive a perpetual license to use the delivered media for their business purposes. YouSee360 retains the right to use completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before scheduled shoot: full deposit refund
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours: 50% of deposit forfeited
  • No-shows: full deposit forfeited
  • Rescheduling is free with 24+ hours notice

7. Limitation of Liability

YouSee360's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or deliverables.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, or government actions. We will work with clients to reschedule affected shoots.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alajuela, Costa Rica.
