Common questions
Standard 360° cameras capture at 4K-6K resolution and auto-stitch in-camera. We shoot multiple bracketed exposures at 12K per panorama and hand-stitch in post. The result has 4–9× the pixel density and properly exposed interiors AND windows (the hardest shot in real estate photography).
Most properties: 2-4 hours on-site. A 12-bedroom resort: half a day. We work fast but never rush — every scene gets the lighting setup it deserves.
Clean and stage like you would for a magazine cover. Hide cleaning supplies, fluff pillows, turn on every light, and let us know about any timing constraints (sunset, busy hours, etc.). We'll send you a one-page prep checklist.
