As well as 360° tours we shoot stills for Papagayo resort villas, gated golf communities and the large second-home market around Flamingo and Conchal — listing sets, twilight exteriors and drone aerials for Airbnb and Vrbo rentals, real estate listings, luxury villas and boutique hotels. The dry season light is hard and high by nine in the morning, which is why shoots here start early and finish at dusk.
Packages start at $425 for a home or condo and $895 for a four to six bedroom villa with twilight and drone included. Booking photography and a tour in the same visit is cheaper than booking them separately.
