Junglo Resort & Spa
A full 360° walkthrough of a resort and spa in La Fortuna, built so guests can move through the grounds, rooms and wellness areas before they book.
What this property needed
Junglo is a resort and spa in La Fortuna, which means it is selling two things at once: the rooms, and the grounds the rooms sit in. Guests arriving from abroad book several nights at a property they have only seen in a gallery, and a gallery cannot answer the questions that actually delay a booking — how far the spa is from the room, what the walk between buildings feels like, whether the grounds are as green as the photos suggest.
How we captured it
We captured guest rooms, common areas and the wellness spaces, then linked them into a single walkthrough so the route between them is continuous rather than a set of disconnected stills. Each 360° scene is shot as a bracketed exposure set and hand-stitched, which is what keeps a bright window and a shaded interior correctly exposed in the same frame — the hardest shot on any hospitality property. Information hotspots sit on the facilities and amenities, so a guest can read what a space offers while standing in it.
What we delivered
- 360° photography across guest and common areas
- Interactive tour with room-to-room navigation
- Information hotspots on facilities and amenities
- Embeddable tour for the property website
The problem this solves
Resort guests booking from abroad commit to several nights sight-unseen. Letting them walk the grounds first removes the biggest hesitation in the booking decision.
How the tour gets used
The tour is built to embed on the property website and to be sent as a link. In practice that covers two very different moments: the guest researching late at night who wants to wander, and the reservations enquiry that is easier to answer with a link than a paragraph. Because the tour carries its own navigation, a visitor can jump straight to the spa or the pool rather than scrolling a gallery hoping to find them.
Common questions
Guest and common areas across the property, the wellness spaces, and the connections between them, delivered as one interactive walkthrough with information hotspots on the facilities.
Yes. The tour is delivered as an embeddable interactive tour that drops into any page with an iframe, and it also works as a standalone shareable link.
A property with multiple buildings and wellness areas is typically a half-day to a full day on site, scheduled around guest activity so spaces can be captured clear.
